Im completely speechless.Dr. Gloria Nieto is a superb professional who is both respectful and knowledgeable about the work that they do.Her assistant provides medical care while remaining mindful of your requirements.They are comparable to front-office customer service.For a long time, Ive been looking for this type of dental care and service.The clinic is outfitted with the most cutting-edge dental technology available.They may be a small business, but they do not offer a small service. Words can not convey my experience with Dr. Gloria, Dr.Gloria was so impressive with my daughter that has down syndrome, she made her feel so special and loved. Dr. Gloria is very professional and caring, My daughter was very fearful but she made here feel very comfortable and at ease.I will recommend Dr.Gloria to anyone and her staff is remarkable.

My husband and I have been going to this dentist office for the past 8 years, we love the dentist she is gentle and very good at what she does, her cleanings are extremely good and painless. The only problem that we have is that we dont speak spanish and it is a little hard to understand, but they do get through to you. We love it here!!! Never had a problem...Cindy

Awesome experience. I had always been afraid of dentist, but the Creative Dentistry personal make you feel like everything is ok. The Dr is sweet and knowledgeable. Front desk is quick and inform you of every question you made have. Not too expensive, compare with some other clinics in the area. Overall the place is clean. It looks and feels very hygienic. This is definitely my dental clinic from now on.

Dr. Gloria Nietos staff is pleasant and proficient.There isnt many instances where going to the dentist ever is a pleasant experience.But the doctor and her staff manage to alleviate the angst that most of us have / feel when having to visit a dentistry to relieve our pains or have corrective work done.I Highly recommend them to One and All.💯

Waiting for a week for a callback from Dr Gloria or owner. recent expereince makes me feel like i have been forgetten about.Staff failed to get me my appointment and made several errors when setting up my appointment resulting me not being able to be seen.tried to get it resolved at the admin level but this resulted in me getting talked over, interrupted, and eventually hung up on.if i was the owner, i would definitely want to hear about this atrocious calamity, and i still need an appointment.Calling back and being put out a month away for an appointment s not acceptable. I originally scheduled my appointment weeks ago and lost the past month because of the staff incompetence or failure to help me out.Called back on 10/27/22 and asked for Gloria nietoStill waiting on a call back. I literlly dont know another way to get this escalated. please call kathryn johnson - clientwill take down once i receive promised callback

Well I write this review on behalf of my wife.. regardless she is from the same country than the doctor she got a very unprofessional and not solidarity or sympathy with her situation. they left her with an awful cosmetic issue, not care of how she felt , careless with not responde to her emergency... the dr only care about money ,also her personality is very dry and rude. for her is not important how the patients feel.dont recommend to nobody....

Found Creative Dentistry through my insurance five years ago and havent left since. Love Dr. Nieto! She takes the time to explain dental conditions and answers all my questions. She cares about her patients, and her assisting staff is knowledgeable and gentle. The office is small and simple, clean and organized. Sometimes its hard to reach them by phone, but I live relatively close, so I can just stop by.

I called because my insurance provided their information. I have an emergency and in extreme pain. I explained this to the lady on the phone. She then passed me to another person. She was rude and did not care to assist me. They complained they only have 1 dentist on staff and they could not help me. It did not matter emergency or not. I even pleaded for another day since I was understanding to the situation. The reply was no, then hung up on me. No proper care nor customer service. Inhuman and insensitive. Do not recommend!

Ive been going to this office for 2 years now generally i would say good service and good work helped me fix my teeth, however i was calling into the office to speak to the dr. and a young lady gave me a nasty attitude in the meddle of me speaking she puts me on hold. my number one priority is customer service and they have the most unprofessional people waking in the front, truly sad they were doing good for so long until they hired this young lady in the front. highly advise to go somewhere else. and their hours on their website is off as well as the reviews. since Ive been there for two years, i recognized the pictures of some of the 5 star reviews and its some of the people that work in the office..... SMH, not honest reviews.......;..

Horrible customer service, I am hearing impaired and only read lips. So I walked in to make an appointment in person since I cant use the phone and they refused to do that, handed me a card and said I needed to call and when I said I couldnt do that because I cant hear, the girl just shrugged her shoulders. Will be reporting them to the ADA because they refused to accommodate me because of my disability. In addition to that I sent several emails and posts on Messenger which they never replied to.

This place is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been. They come late to open knowing they have appointments. Then you wait in the office another half hour. They never pickup the phone and when you leave a message, they dont even call you back! Dont get partials or dentures.... They dont fit they look cheap, and you cant even get them to call you back after you leave a message. This dentist and her staff is generic at best. I wish that I wouldnt even give them 1 star

I read reviews and was skeptical about going here but unfortunately with the insurance that i have i wasnt finding many great selections. I had to reschedule my appt. 3 times because i kept missing my appts. and it was strange to me that i could always get a same day or next day appt...usually the good doctors are always a wait to get in to. Anyhow when i arrived, the place was not dirty to me as i had read in a review. The problem i had is the lady doing my xrays hurt my gum. Gum was sore for about 3 days. I go to the doctor all the time and have never had an xray to hurt...maybe the a little discomfort based on where the film is place but not pain.Another sign place not good is i heard a patient screaming in the cubicle next to me so they had to have been feeling pain..and it was an adult not a child. So maybe they didnt numb them enough.The last part is this lady told me i have 19 cavities and need 1 root canal...really. i was just at the nova dental clinic in january snd had no cavities..they did a root canal for me. I go to dentist twice a year every year never had more than 2 cavities at most. Amazing according to the dentist i have 19 cavities and need a root canal and im not in any pain. This lady is a joke and they thought i was going to schedule for a follow up appt to have work done...she cant touch my mouth again with a 10 foot pole

1. Insisted on a credit check for a cleaning even though I have insurance. 2. Refused to allow my husband to hold my nursing baby so I could get a cleaning. Made them wait in the hot car 3. Had me spend an hour filling out paperwork then refused to clean my teeth without an x ray. Ive had too many x rays and dont need more. I just need a cleaning. 5. Say they care about health but have air wick in the office. So we get to have an asthma attack too. Because they care about my health.They threatened to call the police on me after I told them I dont want an x ray. I pulled out my camera and told them to repeat on camera that they wont clean my teeth without an x-ray and they backed down.

Wonderful office with a wonderful staff. They speak English, including Dr. Nieto. The office is immaculate and so are their tools. I found myself in a shocking & scary situation with my teeth, though I’ve obsessed about them and taken care of them my whole life, and Dr. Nieto and her staff put me on a strong regime of repair. Many thanks to all of you.

I normally dont leave reviews but in this instance . I believe its more then deserve . As, Im reading these comments I cant imagine these people being more then top notch superiors. Every time my family and I have went to this dentist heaven weve left feeling fresh and well taken care of. Im truly excited to go every 6 month for my monthly check up . Please note that everyone experience is not the same . Granted im not American but i do reside in Florida where different languages are expected and for the record they speak perfect ENGLISH!!!! Im a happy customer until otherwise !

Tried to call twice to make an appointment And was not told hello please wait or please hold Nothing I was placed right on hold with music playing at first I didnt even hear the music and thought someone had hung up on me So I give the benefit of the doubt and called back And it happened againThat right there shows a lack of customer service therefore I will not trust you with my kids or my teeth smh

Terrible service & very rude employees, they do not communicate properly with customers. Save your time and go to professional dentist office. Worst experience.

My experience at this place was very good. The doctor is very kind. She examines your teeth to see if there are any abnormalities to determine what procedure needs to be done.Then the other doctors come in to clean your teeth, and everything was super thorough and caring. I really liked their care. I highly recommend this place!
